Classroom is one of the souls of every school, it is a battle ground or field of the teacher, and one of their responsibilities is to target the different kinds of student with their different attitudes. One of the best things that the teacher can do is complete his/her armor before entering the battle ground and this is the teaching strategy.
o I observed that some teachers of Lab School Untad are quite professional and one of this is an English teacher I called her ma’am nurol, she is beautiful, humble and patience. She is always ready to teach as well as every lessons subject matter she can achieved it. Because she always checked and how her subject matter should be taught with the kind of capacity of the students.
And I can see how trained she is in teaching; furthermore, I love the way she teach and managing the students attitudes, her strategies and methods is unique that all students will love participating her class. She used Media such as PPT presentation and sometimes video. She gave a paper pencil test after the discussion and etc. Although the curriculum of PHL and IND is different I still manage to know the advantages and difficulties of observing her class. In addition, I also observed how they plan to use skill or method to work from simple to complex or complex to simple, one step at a time so that the student will be able to adapt the lessons
